แสตมป์ประชาสงเคราะห์ (Public Welfare/Civil Defence WWII – 1942)

Issued during WWII to raise funds for the Home Guard. Their use was obligatory on certain types of document, including residence permits, and “voluntary” (although expected!) on cinema and theater tickets.
